The fitness assessment compliments our personal trainer service, and is conveniently integrated into your block of fitness training sessions once per month so that we can evaluate the effectiveness of your fitness programme. We can then make any necessary changes in order to negate plateau and to stimulate your body into further adaptation.
We also extend our fitness assessment service to non personal trainer clients, who perhaps just want to make sure that their own training plan is producing the desired results.
