We offer a wide range of health and fitness tests to assess your strengths and weaknesses, to monitor your development and to help create a bespoke training plan that is designed to achieve your wellness goals.
These tests are an ideal compliment to working with our fitness trainers and can be easily integrated into your block of training sessions. The assessment is also available to
anyone not using our fitness training service, who just wants to make sure that their own training plan is producing the desired results.
This assessment should ideally be repeated every six weeks so that we can evaluate the
effectiveness of your fitness programme, and then make any necessary changes in order to negate plateau and to stimulate your body into further adaptation.
What are the benefits of fitness testing?
The data that we get from these tests can be used to:-
- Indicate areas of weakness
- Measure improvement
- Assess the effectiveness of the training program
- Provide extra motivation and support
Furthermore, these tests break up, and add variety to, your training plan. They can also
be used as a training unit in their own right.
